The Regency Nickel Rim Latch is traditional dual handed thumb latch. Cast from solid brass the Regency is Nickel Plated and then Aged to highlight the beautiful detailing. The extent of the hand aging can be reduced by using Autosol or a similar metal polish.
The Regency Nickel Rim Latch allows the room to be locked from one side only, ideal for bathrooms and bedrooms where privacy is required. Supplied with an optional Emergency Release fitting, this allows access from outside of the room.
If using the Emergency Release fitting we recommend matching the Regency Nickel Rim Latch with the Small Cottage knobs. This is so that your hand doesnt interfere or catch on the emergency release fitment when opening and closing the door.
Supplied with matching fixings. Always make a small pilot drill hole and use a manual screw driver to avoid damaging screws and finish.
