Can I order over the phone?

Of course! If you need help with your order, or just prefer to chat to a human please call Jayne or Rich on 01630 647 748.  Our telephone lines are open 9.30am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

 

What happens if something I order is out of stock?

We will contact you by phone or email to advise the estimated lead time.  If you can wait we will put this on back order and it will be sent when it is back in stock.  If the lead time is too long we can cancel part or all of your order and issue a refund.

 

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

If you've ordered the wrong quantity or simply changed your mind, get in touch with us as soon as you possibly can and we can help to cancel your order.

If we have already dispatched your order, you'll need to follow our returns procedure.

Made to Order items - we have to notify the foundries / manufacturers within 48 - 72 hours of us ordering the goods if we want to cancel production without any charge, so please make sure you contact us quickly if you need to cancel this type of item.

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

For orders over £75 being shipped to a UK Mainland address (not including the Scottish Highlands), standard delivery is free.

For orders under £75 being shipped to a UK Mainland address (not including the Scottish Highlands), standard delivery is £6.75.

For orders of all values being shipped Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, standard delivery is £22.00.

For all International orders - Europe and the Rest of the World - shipping is on an individual quote basis so that we can get the best price for your unique order.  Our aim is to make sure no-one overpays for shipping.

 

Can I use a discount code on my order?

Absolutely, if there is one available, you will see where to add it as you checkout.

We don't offer discount codes very often, as we prefer to keep our prices as competitively as we can all year round.  You will see that many of the products on our website benefit from a web discount already and offering additional discounts on top of this wouldn't be possible.
