A variation of our Polished Nickel Bloxwich Door Knobs, made slightly bigger they sit well on larger period doors or when you want to make more of a statement on your Front Door. These Large Bloxwich Door Knobs have been faithfully reproduced from this period design.
Although this authentic look is more commonly found in Georgian/Regency period properties, the concentric rings will also suit early to mid 1900s properties too.
They are suitable to use with both mortice or rim locks and latches. The roses are loose allowing for one to be removed and the knobs are then secured onto the threaded spindle using a Grub Screw.
The door knobs are Unsprung, so you will need a lock or latch that is suitable for use with unsprung door knobs and has backset of 75mm or more - if your door can accommodate it a 127mm lock case would be the best bet!
Sold as a Pair and supplied with matching fixings. Always make a small pilot drill hole and use a manual screw driver to avoid damaging screws and finish.
