This stunning Aged Bronze Oval Mortice or Rim Knob Set is a classic elegant design. They are designed for use with either mortice or rim locks and latches.
The spindle supplied will accommodate a door, or door and rim lock thickness of up to 50mm max. For thicker doors an extra long spindle (metric) is available to purchase.
Although more commonly found in Victorian/Edwardian period properties, because of their simple and classic shape they sit very nicely in both period and contemporary properties alike.
The door knobs are Unsprung, so we recommend that you use Heavy Duty / Heavy Sprung lock or latch. So that you don't catch you hand on the door frame we also recommend that you use a lock or latch which is at least 100mm, to give you a backset of 75mm or more.
Sold as a Pair - Supplied with matching fixings. The screws supplied are hand finished, so please take care when fixing. Always use a pilot drill.
