Our trade accounts are available to architects, design companies & consultants, builders & contractors, joiners, and window & kitchen manufacturers and suppliers.

Whilst we specialise in working on period property restoration and renovation, we also work on many projects for more contemporary design schemes and new builds. We currently work with most of the UK’s manufacturers and suppliers of quality architectural ironmongery and are also able to arrange bespoke finishing and custom made products and offer a product sourcing service.

Our standard Trade Discount is 25% off the manufacturers List Price, there are a few exceptions to this and currently they include:

• Olivari – 13%
• Heritage Brass, ISEO & Wrenbury Hardware – 20%
• Handmade Glass and Simonswerk – 22.5%

We provide costed schedules for ironmongery specifications, and can often provide additional discounts for large orders.

Orders can be bundled and labelled as per the schedule, on request, and shipped to your company or to site. Third party shipments to manufacturers can also be arranged.

Payment is on Pro-forma at the time of the order and can be made by Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit Card or PayPal, whichever is most convenient.

Errors, Shorts & Faults must be reported within 5 days.

Unused goods may sometimes be returned or exchanged by agreement, subject to a re-stocking fee, except for made to order goods, bespoke finishing and product sourcing items which are non-returnable.
