We employ a courier service which operates a 24 hour turn around service.
Depending on the time your order is processed and the availability of the products, we aim to have your items delivered within two working days – the vast majority of orders are delivered the following day.
Like other couriers, ours insist on a signature when the goods arrive. If there is no one at the delivery address upon their arrival they will leave a card containing a contact number and time of arrival. If you do miss them please ring the number and arrange a suitable alternative delivery time.
The couriers hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, unfortunately they don't do weekend deliveries.
However, may of our products are bespoke items and these take time to produce. Typically House signs, Numbers and Post Boxes will take in the region of 4-6 weeks. Handmade glass is usually around 2 weeks, but we will keep you informed and advise you accordingly. Some Pewter items are also made to order with a lead time of 2-4 weeks.
Our delivery charges are kept to the absolute minimum, we will refund any excess delivery charge if we can get it to you for less. These products are heavy by nature and normally we are having to pay far more to deliver your items than we are charging you. Small items may be sent via the Royal Mail on a first class signed for service.
Our delivery price structure is as follows:
£6.50 for any order, on the UK Mainland.
£16.25 or orders to Northern Scotland, the Hebrides, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands and UK other offshore locations.
£26 to Europe.
£39.00 to America.
Please contact us for a quote to other areas.
Delivery charges are subject to VAT.
